Shaista TarannumMom of a 16 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. ghutti usually helps in good digestion of food and builds immunity. but it's better to wait till completion of six months to give any thing other than breastmilk or if required only formula milk. breastmilk is the best for your baby atleast till 6 months. so eat well and frequently breastfeed.
