Hello mom if he is active for his age not to worry .. also family genes plays a role in it , you may now give him regular foods made at home for the family .. whole eggs , milk , panner , ghee , lentils and legumes, stuff paranthas, seasonal fruits and vegetables, dry fruits and nuts can be given
