#asktheexperts Hello sir before delivery my weight is 61 kg but now it's 43kg. i lossing my weight after delivery sir. please suggest me to gain weight

Please take a thyroid test there could be a possibility of hyperthyroid because you’ve lost a lot of weight in no time seems like that so if the test is negative negative then that’s good for you but you need to consult a nutritionist to guide you with the right plan to increase the weight
