#AsktheExperts hello mam my son is 2yr 3months old, suffering from fever since evening. At night (10.30 pm) he vomited and start crying, as he was suffering from internal pain or something else. does it happen in fever? I was shocked, he never reacted like this before.

Fever is when the temperature of the body goes above 99 degree fahrenheit and the safest medicine in such situation is paracetamol which can be repeated after 6 hours again if required in a proper dose . Alternative medicine can also be tried if required like ibuprofen and mefenacemic acid preparations.
cold sponging of the whole body with tap water can be beneficial too to bring the temperature down .
