Yes of course and I’ll give you very good idea if you want to follow take similar amount of dry fruit fruits as you are taking fox nuts dry roast all of them make a fine powder and give it with milk this is the best thing that you can give to the with milk for overall growth like instead of using a powder and milk this is going to be very good
