A. ok. it is common. make sure to offer your child adequate liquids and rest. and keep a watch on body temp and act accordingly. take care n all the very best

A. Check the temperature with the thermometer and if it shows it is fever then only you give paracetamol otherwise there is no requirement of giving paracetamol if there is no fever sometimes the body can be warm but it is not necessarily fever so confirmed with the thermometer
