#asktheexperts .. hello mam m kuch din se medicine pr hu...kya medicine ka breast milk pr kuch fark padta hai.... kyunki baby breastfeed krti hai toh usko vomit aa rh hai

A. Urs certain medication affect breast milk.. not all. Details of clinical examination and associated symptoms are required, it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment .

A. Hi mom if your breastfeeding you should avoid having chocolate, spices,caffeine, citrus fruits and their juices, Avoid gassy foods too like cabbage cauliflower as it will trigger baby. Ensure not to add not much oil and spice. Avoid green tea and other heat foods. Avoud cold foods
