Hello mam,
I am Preeti Sharma. Mam meri cesarean se delivery hui thi last 4th nov. and delivery ke 12 days baad mjhe PPH ki problem ho gyi thi...to usko treatment ho gyi h...lekin mjhe abhi bhi pet ke niche ki taraf left side me pain hota h....ye normal h ya mjhe dobara check kara lena chahiy...or mam mjhe gas ki problem bhi bhut rhti h...gas ki vajha se mjhe lungs or Back me upr ki side pain hota h itna ki mjhe vomit hoti h...Iski bhi koi or vajha ho skti h...ya gas se aisa bhi drd hota h.

मैम, आप एक बार अपने स्त्री रोग विशेषज्ञ से जांच कराएं।

गैस की समस्या के लिए आपको कम मात्रा में भोजन करना चाहिए।
खिचड़ी, दही चावल, उपमा, फल आदि जैसे हल्के खाद्य पदार्थ अधिक लें।
आप दो या तीन पुदीने के पत्ते चुटकी भर नमक और दो बूंद अदरक के रस के साथ रोजाना सुबह ले सकते हैं।
भोजन करने के बाद व्रज्रासन में बैठें।
