#asktheexperts Hello I am not all feeling full breast from last 2 months. and my baby is 3 months 20 days now. she is gaining proper weight. is it a sign of lack of milk. plz tell me one best source to get plenty of milk

A. good evening I would recommend you to try take some medications like lactare tablet or Himalaya shatavari with milk twice in a day to Increase the milk production in the body and make it sufficient
