ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician4 years agoA. hi your baby is 2 years old now fungal infection are commonly due to excessive sweating and using same clothes through out the day so apply antifungal ointment like tenovate M or fungotek ointment twice a day for 5 days
