#asktheexperts hello dr. my kid got some pimples like things on his face and neck. they were like small mosquito bites initially. but because of itching i guess on the neck once got worse and look like the picture i am attaching here. 1-2 of them have little watery discharge also. plz tell us what they can be and plz guide us.
