#asktheexperts Hello Dr my baby is 6 months and 14 days old and now i am noticing that the quantity of my breastmilk has been decreasing please suggest me what to do in this situation?

A. feed more frequently for adequate production. take iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day. drink lots of water. avoid stress .

A. You Should feed your child more frequently and just gently press your breast when you’re feeling because the floe is going to be better and the consumption of the milk of the child is going to increase probably that is also going to help in increasing the breastfeeding also you can have some lactation medicines if you want to
