ExpertDr. Gunjan BawejaPaediatrician3 years agoA. hello it is sometimes normal and nothing to be done for it for the baby. and usually gets fine on its own and still If you feel get it checked once.

U Just leave the tongue of your child properly with a silicon tongue cleaner maybe or not maintaining proper oral hygiene which is why the white spots have been there that’s basically Milk spot when you do not clean the tongue and come properly it can possibly be there because of that
