Rashmi GuptaMom of a 11 yr 7 m old girl1 month agoA. See a child can have its fourth between the age of 3 to 17 once so kindly wait till that much time and why it is not happening right now I cannot give you a definite answer to that but I can assure you it is not a delay as of now
