#asktheexperts hello, Doctor should i give homemade cerelac to my 6 months old baby 3 times a day bcoz fruits are not pesticide free so cerelac is sufficient to complete all nutrition required for baby??

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. give one time.. only. Starts with liquid diet like Moong Daal paani , rice kangi, porridge, cerelac, vegetable n fruit puree. after 7 month you may give 2 to 3 meals
