#asktheexperts hello doctor, my son is crying and not sleeping properly at nights...in daytime also he sleeps for 20 mins then he will wakeup after every 5 mins...is it because of stomach pain or teething pain...not understanding...do I need to give woodwords or some other medicine

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. Crying of a Baby is mostly because of infantile colic and gas related discomfort which is there commonly in night . It can be relieved by mecdicine like colicaid or gastica drops containing dil oil and feniel oil with semethicone.
other reasons could be hunger any ihllness, nasal blockage, ear pain, diaper rash and sometimes more conditions which needs to be ruled out and managed accordingly .
