When a child is underweight I think it’s mostly due to some kind of a nutritional deficiency so in this case I would advise you to consult a nutritionist once as they would be able to figure out what’s the issue and according to that only they will be able to help you and advise you with a diet plan as wellWrite Your Answer Here
