#asktheexperts Hello Doctor, My baby is 38 dsys old. He is getting small pimples on his face. He is very sweaty all the time on his face. How can I handle it, pls suggest .

Gently wipe off the sweat with a soft cotton cloth. If baby acne is persistent then consult your child’s doctor for advice. Continue breastfeeding. Good luck and take care.?
