I think this is because of the screen time that you giving to the child your child is having a little bit of delay in the speech it is not at all recommended to give any kind of screen time to the child birth of parents don’t realise that it can have adverse effect on your child so please stop giving this time to the child and try to communicate more and if needed please check with your doctor as well
