#asktheexperts Hello doctor. My 1 yr 5 m old shows less intrest in food and also sleeps less. what to do?

A. hi mom dont worry let him play a lot, get tired and ask for food then give. one pot meals milkshakes lassi curd rice soup rice add a pich of nutmeg in milk and give before sleeping
