Rashmi GuptaMom of a 11 yr 6 m old girl10 months agoA. Take the temperature with a thermometer and you’ll come to know whether it is fever or not if it is fever then you give medicine otherwise it’s a normal body temperature which is normal with kids to have a little warm body temperature
