#asktheexperts Hello doctor, I wanted to ask that after delivery my periods are getting early by 2-3 days every month. Is having early periods normal? My age is 28years and I had a Normal delivery ,my periods got started after 9months of delivery. But I am having early periods each month. Also suffering from PMS

A. him mom it is normal to have periods 3 to 4 days early .. u need not worry about it .. do yoga meditation to over come pms .. take care
