#asktheexperts Hello doctor, I have 2 kids. one is 13 yrs old n the other one is 8 yrs n 3 months old. Both kids are very thin and not ready to eat any nutritious food. What should I do for their diet so that they will gain weight n height of the elder son as he is not gaining his height also. he is 5'1 only.

A. Okay so I’m going to advise you that first of all you should get the haemoglobin levels tested for both your kids and also you should get checked if your kids are having any other deficiency and then both into good physical support which requires a lot of energy with which your kids will get tired will automatically feel hungry because of the energy discharge and you will see the child will eat better they will gain good weight and height and health
