check the reason for that what are you giving in food
give home cooked meals
avoid packaged , junk food, sugary foods
limit ghee or fried foods for child

gaurav mathurFather of a 5 m old boy1 month agoA. Gaining weight after pregnancy is common but yes must check if it is gaining too much like in your case. Get yourself diagnosed with your Gynaecologist for Thyroid or Bloos sugar levels also pcos is common now a days. I am a health and wellness coach and come across these cases almost every day.
