Hi Is there is swelling I can only advise you to keep a cold pack into that area but without proper assessment I will not be able to give you a ride guidelines you have to take your child to the clinic and if you cannot do it then you can consult your doctor send a picture to them on WhatsApp maybe they’ll be able to advise you something
