Your child has a very heavy and severe cradle cap actually it’s not a disease it’s there from the time of birth itself it’s a dead layer of skin so I am going to recommend you to regularly apply almond oil and get the Head shaved as per your convenience at First as this is going to help in taking it off completely from the scalp
