Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. if the child is having vomiting after free reading it may be because of gastroesophageal reflux or maybe some infection it needs proper examination consult your doctor once prop for proper guidance

Neelam ChinnappaMom of a 7 yr 3 m old boy3 years agoA. thank you for reaching out to us with this question this usually happens when a baby is overfed just make sure there is enough gap between two feeding sessions whether it is solids or milk that should at least be a gap of 2 hours and try to reduce the quantity and check if that helps you can give lesser quantity at regular interval
