#asktheexperts hai my baby boy is now seven months , myw questions is is goodw to give Salt &honey/sugar for him for the solids

A. Hello mom yes in small quantities it can be given to him .. just not more than 1 to 2 pinch of it .. use jaggery instead of refined white sugar , and salt you can opt for rock salt or seendha salt
