#asktheexperts hai before pregnancy i not have pimples but after delivery am getting soo many pimples and dark spots wt i do plz help me

A. well this is a hormone disorder ok. you need to treat it. you must try to eat healthy, lots of fruit and stay hydrated. take enough sleep and no stresssee only the doctor who can see you in person can judge what is the right status. best to trust her
