#asktheexperts Good morning mam ..plzz suggest any tonic for mother and baby both are weak..my baby age is 13 months

A. Zincovit would be the best and if it’s a new mother then she should have multivitamin calcium and iron supplement and for child multivitamin as well as giving vitamin D drops are mandatory for initial one year
