#asktheexperts good morning mam my son 20 months now he has few white spots on his thighs few months back after consultation doc said not to worry as it's pitryasis alba will self heal use moisturizer always but now as time passed by it's increased in his thighs as well little on back belly too what we should do mam as we are following as told by doc not using hot water for bathing no harsh soaps etc can u pls help thank u Ma'am
