#asktheexperts Good Morning Dr, My son more often than not has constipation issue. Any advice?

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children2 months agoA. hello mam, please give prune juice to the baby to relieve from constipation and gas. boil saunf pudina and ajwain in water and give it to the child on cooling off. please avoid oily and maida food items and give only home cooked meals only to the baby. give fiber rich items like cucumber to the baby.
