my baby is 4 months old now .. from yesterday he is in fever with body pain.. I gave him paracetamol drop two times bt after 5-6 hours he is suffering same what can I do

Fever  is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours ifgr fever is repeating.
and you can also do cold sponging of the body if required

Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm 
Burp well after evey feeding by holding  your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes 
Give adequate feeding 
Give ultra D3 drops 
Maintain hygiene
