#asktheexperts Good evening. my daughter is 3 years and 10 months old and she weighs only 12.40 kgs. I'm very much worried about her weight even though she's a preterm baby with the birth weight of 1.95 kgs.

Author of questionMom of a 4 yr 6 m old girl8 months agoA. My daughter is so choosy when it comes to food. she eats only plain rice with ghee or plain idly or dosa. and she rarely eats any vegetables or fruits

I can understand your concern sometimes nutritional deficiency despite of eating well kids don’t gain weight so you can start with necessary supplement taken proper diet from a nutritionist which is going to help in better weight gain and growth of your child
