Hi Are you sure it is in the inner thigh only your child may be crying due to stomach pain or something as of now if you think that your child is having too much of pain then you can give paracetamol to the child it will help in subsiding the pain but you should consult your paediatrician since you’re not sure about the issue yourself it is better that you get a check with your paediatrician
