Pls consult the doctor once and also get an X ray done of that face also try to reduce the heat in the body so stop taking non veg abd even eggs and have mire fluids and apply cold compress like ice cubes folded in a cloth apply on the nasal bridge and pinch the tip of the nose when it’s bleeding
