#asktheexperts due to cold cough...I was told to stop calcium,now he is 6months can I start again or not

If your doctor has suggested you to give it for a certain time and then you stopped because of cold and cough then you can continue with it because calcium and other supplements are meant to be given for a limited time so if you haven’t completed that time you can go for it
