#asktheexperts Doctor, Could you please tell me for how long sugar and salt to be avoided? My baby is turning 6 months in few days. Thank you.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician5 months agoA. till one year of age it us adviced. and I will advive you to avoid sugar as long as posdible. once she complete six month ofcage you may start weaning food
