Q.

#Asktheexperts, Doc my 7 month old has GERD and is under medication. Recently he got cough and cold, our local pediatrician advised to not give him any kind of fruits because he has GERd and fruits can make it worse..I am a little confused doc. is it true??

A. because the doctor might have said due to Citrus fruits which can cause more acidity and can increase the chances of gastro oesophageal reflux. You will get more information for your query with your family doctor. You may meet your dr in person for proper guidance . It is important to remain in contact with your doctor.

A. Hello put saline drops and use instant rub from babyhug and any concern this requires a proper medical attention and it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly which is better and also safe too
