#asktheexperts do we need to take calcium and iron medicine after delivery also?

ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. definitely you should continue your iron and calcium supplement for at least 3 months after your delivery. . .keep hydrated as being a breastfeeding mother. . .and eat nutritious diet
