Uma RamMom of 2 children1 month agoA. Hello good morning !! As the baby is 7 months old,give semi solid foods twice a day. Home made cerelac ,porridge,kichdi,idly ,fruit and vegetable purie or mash using ghee or unsalted butter . Check the suitability of every new food item ,avoid sugar,salt ,oil and honey in baby foods until one year.
