Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. there is no specific diet plan and you can give everything which is made at home and it should be made from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits which has to be given daily to the child and kindly provide at least 500ml milk and at least One Katori from rice dal vegetables and two fruits daily

U Do I have to give the same food to the child which you are eating on an every day basis there is no diet plan for a child after the age of one year it’s always recommended to try to give more of regular food to the child for a healthy and overall growth of the body
