#asktheexperts diet plan for 4 yrs child n how much weight she should hv?

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl4 years agoA. The Meal plan for the child is going to be the same as it is for the family the same kind of breakfast lunch and dinner should be given to the child and also if the weight is somewhere around 14 KG as of now I would say it’s quite a decent way to go for
