Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. if your 2.5 month old baby is having fever you can give paracetamol and the dose of 15mg per kg body weightFor further advice in this regard you can consult your doctor who can do the clinical examination properly which is not possible here to clear all your doubts which will be a better approach regarding this

shilpi BhandariMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello mom dose of Paracetamol is depends on the weight of the baby so u can't give medication on ur own its always better to give medication as for the weight of the baby by us in your doctor or only so don't do self medication
