#asktheexperts Can you suggest any weight gain food for my 9month old baby boy....his born weight is 2.8 and now he is 7 kg it's ok

A. dear mum, for healthy weight gain of ur 9 months old baby, u shud give protein rich foods such as eggs, pulses, legumes, curd, paneer, cheese, powdered nuts, green leafy veg.
