#asktheexperts can we use disposable diapers regularly for babies. Is there any harm effects due to that? Is the chemical gel on it harmful for babies in case of continous usage.

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Avoid using diaper for the whole day especially during summer season and give diaper free time for atleast two to three hours in a day and use cotton langot at that time and massage the area well abd give bath

We understand that it is convenient as babies urinate a lot and it isn't possible for you to clean them every time but using diapers for 24 hours is dangerous for your child. This may put them to the risk of developing various skin infections and allergies.
