#asktheexperts Can we give salt and sugar to children under one year old?

Rashmi GuptaMom of a 11 yr 6 m old girl2 months agoA. Sugar is not a good idea but yes salt you can be given to the child I have given salt from the beginning after my doctors advice and never faced the problem in feeding my child and dates are better option
