A. nope, better to avoid adding salt and sugar till one year..as it will affect your baby's developing kidney.. You can give different taste by adding Cummin powder, Curry leaves, coriender leaves, ajawain (carrom seeds), cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, garlic, nutmeg, date puree, or boiled and pureed risings

A. Hi parent yes mam you can give easily digestible food like warm dal rice and khichdi vegetable soup and upma daliya mash etc you can give small quantity of soji halava sira rab laddu pancakes sabudana porridge etc please give daily massage with Babyhug massage oil
