but better give direct breastfeeding as much possible.
Exclusive breast feed ur baby
Feed ur baby with proper position.
Burp properly after each and every feed for at least 10 min or till baby take 4 burp.
Give Tummy time 4-5 times in a day

yes you can
if you have cracked or sore or flat nipples,it will be useful
I would suggest to use Babyhug nipple shield which is made up from silicone material
