ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist2 years agoA. dear mum, do not take any supplements or medicines without consulting your doctor especially while you are breastfeeding. instead, you should have a healthy homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups.

If you take any of those supplements it is going to affect your breastfeeding so I’m not recommend you to take any of those supplements Enta Time Jo Challe dependent on You till the time your child is dependent on you you can take it later once you quit breastfeeding
